Atlas of Creative Tools /

Introduction

For decades, Liz Lerman has been developing and articulating creative tools, sometimes by herself, often in collaboration with the artists and movers she has worked with. Here at ASU, the Atlas of Creative Tools has been used to promote transdisciplinary teaching and research practices and support new partnerships by centering peoples’ stories and experiences. This selection of creative tools helps you practice ways of working with memories, exploring identity, making new connections, and engaging with curiosity.

There are many people who support the continuing development of the Atlas of Creative Tools across the university and beyond. This team of Atlas staff, practitioners, and collaborators partnered with Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College to explore how character development is kindled through storytelling.
